(e) Staking accounts, lending accounts, and other Digital Asset investment vehicles;
(f) Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and other blockchain-based digital assets; and
(g) Any other digital assets or blockchain-based assets that may be developed or acquired.
Section [X].2 Digital Asset Inventory and Access Information
I have prepared or will prepare a Digital Asset Inventory and Access Information document (the "Digital Asset Inventory") that contains detailed information regarding my Digital Assets, including but not limited to:
(a) Complete inventory of all Digital Assets with current storage methods and locations;
(b) Access credentials, including private keys, seed phrases, passwords, and multi-signature configurations;
(c) Professional service provider information and contact details;
(d) Security procedures and emergency access protocols;

Section [X].3 Personal Representative Powers and Duties
My Personal Representative shall have the following specific powers and duties with respect to Digital Assets:

(b) Power to engage qualified Bitcoin and Digital Asset professionals to assist with Digital Asset management, security, and distribution;
(c) Power to maintain existing security procedures and implement additional security measures as necessary to protect Digital Assets;

(e) Duty to maintain detailed records of all Digital Asset transactions and management activities;
(f) Duty to provide regular reporting to beneficiaries regarding Digital Asset management and distribution planning;
(g) Duty to ensure appropriate security measures are maintained throughout the administration period; and
(h) Duty to coordinate with tax professionals to ensure proper tax compliance and reporting for all Digital Asset activities.
Section [X].4 Digital Asset Distribution Provisions
Digital Assets shall be distributed as follows:

My Personal Representative shall not be liable for any loss or diminution in value of Digital Assets resulting from:

(b) Technology failures or security breaches beyond the reasonable control of my Personal Representative;
(c) Regulatory changes or legal developments affecting Digital Assets;
(d) Actions taken in good faith reliance on professional advice from qualified Digital Asset professionals; or
(e) Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of my Personal Representative.
This limitation of liability shall not apply to losses resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct by my Personal Representative.
